(A) fire hydrant system debugging

1. system debugging should be in the system construction completion

2. fire pump function

(3) pump test running continuous time should not be less than 2h, water pump running smoothly, no abnormal sound, and should meet the following targets:
A fire in the design, condition, flow and pressure parameters meet the design requirements values;
B, in fire-fighting early working conditions, to the extent permitted pressure rise; and the safety relief guarantees;
C, motor current at rated range;
D, roller bearing temperature not higher than is the degree; sliding bearing temperature a few degrees temperature normal gland packing;
E, sealing parts of non-disclosure, the fastening parts no loose.
3, test fire water system linkage
(1) in the fire control centre of the fire control cabinet manually started the fire pump; the fire pump starts and displays properly;
(2) open the roof test fire hydrant water; or open any floor of a fire hydrant, and press the Start button, fire pumps, fire pumps can be started directly into normal operation; fire control rooms according to Kai pump button signal manually started the fire pump; the fire pump start properly run; the fire pump startup; fire box with pump start feedback signal display.

1. General system debugging provides as follows:
(1) automatic sprinkler system debug should system construction completion;
(2) automatic sprinkler system debug should meet the following conditions:

C, pressure tank water level and pressure comply with the design requirements;

2. debugging content and requirements:
(1) automatic sprinkling debug reads as follows:
A, water testing;
B, fire pumps and debugging;

F, linkage experiment.
(2) water test:
A, as designed to verify the volume of fire water tank; set the height and guarantees fire water storage is not used by technical measures;

(3) the fire pump debugging:
A, either automatically or manually started the fire pump. Pump should be put into running within 5min;

C, pump running continuous time should not be less than 2h. Smooth running, is sound. D, in fire control room manual pump, water pump buttons restart normal startup; fire control room Kai pump feedback signal displays correctly.
(4) voltage pump debugging:
A, simulation design launch conditions, regulators pumps should be started when the system reaches pressure regulators pumps should be automatically stopped;
B, fire-pressure water sharing equipment and pipeline pressure normal stable pressure maintenance time should be in the air above; 1h functions properly;
(5) alert between debugging:

(6) drainage equipment test:
A, full open drainage device of main drainage, according to the system maximum water volume for drainage design tests; and the pressure to achieve stability;
B, the entire testing process, the release of water from the system should be all from indoor drainage system discharge, shall not cause any water.
(7) the joint test:
A special test instrument, or otherwise, on the automatic fire alarm system each kind of detector input analog signal fire, fire auto-alarm controller should emit sound and light alarm signal and start the system;
