Plant fire safety regulatory requirements

(2) construction design specialized file.

Article 18 the acceptance for nuclear power plant project fire permits operating unit, shall submit the following documents for national defense, and materials:

(A) acceptance of the application;

(2) the report fire special acceptance;

(3) fire design license file;

(4) the report fire system acceptance;

(5) the construction and installation unit of qualification;

(6) fire protection products (including fireproof materials) testing report and fire safety report of quality acceptance;

(VII) the application of the nuclear Island, conventional island project fire design approval shall also submit the report fire hazard analysis, safety analysis for nuclear power plant final report.

(9) to key parts of the daily implementation of fire prevention inspections and inspection records;

(10) the establishment of the fire, sound archives.

Article 25 operating unit shall, in accordance with the requirements of supervision and inspection on corrective measures to eliminate the vulnerability or insecurity, and rectification written reports for national defense, the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the defense industry Management Department and upper management units.

Article 28 the operating unit under the FPPA People's Republic of China and the present provisions, the non-fulfilment of fire safety duties, be ordered to correct; fails to correct the warning given to the unit, to the direct responsible responsible staff and other direct responsibility personnel, legally imposes the sanction.
