Article 69 of the police and fire agencies staff work in fire prevention of abuse, neglect of duty, to commit fraud, any of the following acts, legally imposes the sanction; the Constitution crime, legally investigates the legal responsibility:

(4) found that the fire hazard is not timely notice about correction of units or individuals;

(5) the use of title for a user-specified fire product sales, brand or specify building fire facilities construction and installation of units;

(Vi) other abuses, negligence Act of favoritism.
